About Lean On Me
Lean On Me, LLC (LOM) was founded in 2021 by Stephanie upon return to her home in Hawai'i after graduating from Texas Woman's University with a Masters in Music Therapy. LOM has provided music therapy services as a private practice to Honolulu County. In addition, LOM offers group music therapy, individual music therapy, and adapted music lessons for individuals of all ages and abilities in English and Spanish languages.
Meet the Music Therapist
A native of Humacao, Puerto Rico, Stephanie is a board-certified (MT-BC) music therapist and certified music teacher (EC-12) based in the state of Hawai'i. Stephanie has a Bachelor's Degree in Instrumental Music Education EC-12 from the Puerto Rico Conservatory of Music and a Master's Degree in Music Therapy from Texas Woman's University. She currently provides music therapy services to the O'ahu community in Hawai'i through her private practice Lean On Me, LLC. Also, she provide her services through the online clinic Mentes Saludables in collaboration with a group of diverse health professionals. Stephanie has worked with diverse populations including adults in memory care, adult patients in hospice and palliative care, children and youth with special needs, and students with an IEP.
